CoinHammer is a platform for registering digital asset portfolios for consideration in our auction process. We may introduce, change or discontinue features at our discretion. Submitting a registration does not guarantee acceptance, a valuation, or participation in any auction.
3. Registration and accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information in the registration form, including your contact details and a truthful description of your holdings, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any information or screenshot you submit.
4. Auctions, bids and reserve
Any auction process, bidding, reserve price or settlement timeline communicated to you is indicative and subject to separate written agreement and verification. We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel any registration or bid, and to decline participation at our sole discretion.
5. Fees
Any applicable fees, premiums or commissions will be disclosed to you in writing before you enter into a transaction. Unless stated otherwise, we do not charge a seller premium. Taxes are your responsibility.
6. No advice
Nothing on this website constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax or other professional advice. You should obtain independent advice and carefully assess the risks described in our Risk Disclosure before taking any action.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
- violate any applicable law, including anti-money-laundering and sanctions rules;
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- use automated means to scrape or misuse the service.
